Provide your callers with various choices to reach an appropriate number for quick redress. Use the Menus option to set the choices. To select menus:

  1. In the Number Settings > Call Settings, select Go To Menu / IVR
  2. Select the menu from the available list
  3. Click Save

 Depending on the menus available and the user's choice, the banter performs a corresponding action.

Note: Only users with Admin privileges can create menus.
