Create a Schedule Configure the timings during which you want to receive calls or banter to perform other actions. To schedule your incoming calls:
- In the Number Settings,> Call Settings, select Schedule
- Select an available schedule
- Select how you want to handle calls during open hours, after hours, and closed hours
- Click Save
You can also create a new schedule using the Schedule window.
- In the Schedule window, click Add Schedule
- Enter name and description
- Enter the time zone to use
- Select the open hours for weekdays or for the entire week
- Select appropriate action as Is Closed for the respective days
- Select Repeat to repeat the setting you gave for Monday
- Click Save.
