Post Message Events

Similar to the ‘Post Call Events’, users can get notified of their post message events such as the complete details of their sent and received text messages on multiple channels such as Skype, Slack, and WhatsApp.

How to Enable Sent Message Notifications?

    1. Click on the Post Call tab from the Events section
    2. When you click on the button, it will be redirected to the page.
    3. Select the ‘When a message is sent’ tab from the Post Message Events.
    4. When you click on it, a new slide will appear on the right side of the application.
      • Select your desired channel/s from the list of options to enable notifications.
      • Enter your Webhook URL
      • Select Zapier Integrations
      • Enter Email Id/s
      • Click on the Save button to save the changes

Note: User can enable notifications to any one or all of the given channels.

How to Enable Received Message Notifications?

    1. Click on the Post Call tab from the Events section
    2. When you click on the button, it will be redirected to the page.
    3. Select the ‘When a message is sent’ tab from the Post Message Events.
    4. When you click on it, a new slide will appear on the right side of the application.
      • Select your desired channel/s from the list of options to enable notifications.
      • Enter your Webhook URL
      • Select Zapier Integrations
      • Enter Email Id/s
      • Enter desired description for Auto Reply (if required)
      • Click on the Save button to save the changes

Note: User can enable notifications to any one or all of the given channels.
