Add a Keyword

Add a Keyword 

• Login to banter
• Select bantertext from ‘My Apps’
• Go to Number Settings
• Select the ‘Keywords’ tab
• Click on (+) add icon
• Enter Keyword and Description in the Popup
• Select how would you like to handle your keywords(Auto Reply or Webhook)
• In case of auto-reply, update the text message to send as an automated response
• In the case of Webhook, enter the URL for webhook integration. 
• Click ‘Save’

Edit a Keyword 

• Login to banter
• Select bantertext from ‘My Apps’
• Go to Number Settings
• Select the ‘Keywords’ tab
• Click on the edit icon next to the Keyword you want to edit
• Update the desired changes in the popup
• Click ‘Save’

Disable a Keyword 

• Login to banter
• Select bantertext from ‘My Apps’
• Go to Number Settings
• Select the ‘Keywords’ tab
• Click on the edit icon next to the active Keyword you want to disable
• Click on the slider button on top of the popup
• Click ‘Save’
