Call Handlers

  • Login to banter
  • Click on the Products icon
  • Select bantertalk from the list of products
  • Go to Product Settings
  • In the Shared Settings section, click on Call Handlers
  • Click on the (+) Add icon
  • Enter a name and description for the new call handler
  • Select how your calls should be handled from the list of options
  • Click Save

As an admin, you can decide how you want to handle calls. The settings you set are applicable to all the users that you have assigned.

Edit Call Handlers

  • In the Shared Settings section, click on Call Handlers
  • You’ll see a list of Call Handlers (if any)
  • Click on the desired Call Handler to edit
  • Edit Name/Description/Action
  • Click Save
