Provide your callers with various choices to reach an appropriate number for a quick redress. Use the Menus option to set the choices. To select menus:
- In the Number Settings > Call Settings, select Go To Menu / IVR
- Select the menu from the available list
- Click Save
Note: If you don’t create any Menus earlier, click on the (+) Add menu to create menus.
Depending on the menus available and the user choice, banterelastic performs a corresponding action.
Note: Only users with Admin privileges can create menus.
