Call Handlers

As an admin, you can decide how you want to handle calls. The settings you set are applicable to all the users that you have assigned.

  • Login to banter
  • Click on the banterelastic icon
  • Go to Product Settings
  • In the Shared Settings section, click Call Handlers
  • Click Add (+) to add a new call handler
  • Enter the name and description for the call handler
  • Select how you want to handle calls, such as play greeting, go to a menu, DND, call forward, and so on
  • Click Save
