As an admin, you can decide how you want to handle calls. The settings you set are applicable to all the users that you have assigned.
- Login to banter
- Click on the banterelastic icon
- Go to Product Settings
- In the Shared Settings section, click Call Handlers
- Click Add (+) to add a new call handler
- Enter the name and description for the call handler
- Select how you want to handle calls, such as play greeting, go to a menu, DND, call forward, and so on
- Click Save
