Voicemails

Listen to Voicemails

Listen to the messages that a caller left for you when you were not available. To listen to a voicemail:

•         Login to banter
•         Click on the Products icon
•         Select banterC3 from the list of products
•         In the General Settings, Click on Voicemails tab
•         Choose the desired voicemail to listen
•         Click on its play button.

Delete a Voicemail

•         In the Inbox menu, click Voicemails.
•         View the list of Voicemails you have with the details of from number, date received and the              time.
•         Click on Checkbox of your desired voicemail to delete
•         Click on Delete button (appears on the top right corner)
•         Confirm OK
