Blocked Contacts

Block a Contact

•         Login to banter
•         Click on the Products icon
•         Select banterC3 from the list of products
•         Go to Number Settings
•         Select Blocked Contacts tab
•         Click on the (+) add icon
•         Enter the number/contact
•         Click on Block

Unblock a Number

•         In the Number Settings, click Blocked
•         You’ll see a list of blocked numbers if any;

·         Select the desired number and click on the unblock button.
