Add a Contact
To add a contact to your banter account please follow the steps mentioned below.
- Log in to your Banter portal.
- From the left-side menu, go to Settings.
- Click on Product Settings.
- A new page will open.
- Under the Manage section, select Contacts.
- On the top-right corner, click the ‘+ Create’ button.
- Fill in the contact details such as name, phone number, email, address, and other information, then click Save to create the new contact.
Import Contacts
To import contacts to your banter account please follow these steps;(contacts can be imported in the CSV format)
- Logon to your banter account
- Click on ‘My Apps’ from the left bar
- Select ‘Contact Manager’
- From the contacts general menu click ‘Contacts’ tab
- Click on the ‘Import Contacts’ button
- Click on the ‘Browse files’ button.
- Select the CSV file from local system storage.
- Click on import
Edit a Contact Information
To edit the saved contact’s information on the banter account, please follow the steps mentioned below.
- Logon to your banter account
- Click on ‘My Apps’ from the left bar
- Select ‘Contact Manager’
- From the contacts general menu click ‘Contacts’ tab
- Click the contact name to edit
- Fill out the information to update your contact
- Click ‘Save’
Delete Contacts
- Logon to your banter account
- Click on ‘My Apps’ from the left bar
- Select ‘Contact Manager’
- From the contacts general menu click ‘Contacts’ tab
- Click on the check box next to contact’s name
- Click on the ‘Delete’ button appearing on the top right corner
- Click ‘ok’ on the pop up asking for confirmation
