Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription pricing?

No there’s no upgrade or downgrade of plans as such. 

If your usage is exceeding the base plan, that is $4.99, limits, banter automatically shifts you into the next consecutive slabs ($9.99 & $19.99). 

But, every calendar month, the pricing starts at $4.99. Your billing may change based on actual usage.
