Why can’t I log into my account?

Ensure that you are using valid login credentials and clear cache before logging into the account.

To clear Cache in Android:

1. Open Phone Settings
2. Select Applications and Authority
3. Choose Manage Applications
4. Click on the banter App Scroll down to the Cache section and click on the Clear cache button.
