Extensions

Users can view or release the extensions they have configured or purchased with banterphone subscription. 

View an Extension

View list of purchased extensions.

• Login to banter
• Click on the Products icon
• Select banterphone from the list of products
• Go to Product Settings
• In the Manage section, click Extensions
•  A list of your purchased extensions will be displayed

Delete an Extension

Delete purchased extensions.

• Login to banter
• Click on the Products icon
• Select banterphone from the list of products
• Go to Product Settings
• In the Manage section, click Extensions
•  A list of your purchased extensions will be displayed
• Select the desired extension to release
• Click on edit icon located to the right of chosen extension
• Click on Delete in the pop up
• The extension will be released and a confirmation message will appear
