Menu/Menus act as IVR systems to provide your callers with various choices to reach an appropriate number for quick redressal of their query. Use the Menus option to set up an active menu on a business number.
To select a menu for activation:
- Login to banter
- Click on the Products icon
- Select banterphone from the list of products
- In the Number Settings, Click the Call Settings tab
- Select Go To Menu/IVR
- Select the menu from the available list
- Click Save
Note: If you haven't created any menus already, click on the (+) Add menu to create menus.
*Only users with Admin privileges can create menus.
