Play Greeting

Select a greeting to play or create a new one for your incoming callers. 

To activate a greeting for a business number:

Select a greeting to play or create a new one for your callers to listen. To play:

• Login to banter
• Click on the Products icon
• Select banterphone from the list of products
• Go to the Number Settings,> Call Settings
• Select Play Greeting
• Select a greeting to play
• Click Save

Note: If you don’t have/created any Greetings, click on the (+) Add Greetings to create a greeting in Number settings/Shared Settings. The size of an mp3 file should be up to 1MB.
