Greetings

Add a Greeting

•         Login to banter    
•         Click on the Products icon
•         Select banterphone from the list of products
•         Go to Number Settings
•         In the Number Settings section, click Greetings
•         Click on the (+) Add icon
•         Enter a name and description for the greeting in the given fields
•         Browse and add your desired audio file
•         Click on the Save button.

Edit a Greeting

•         Login to banter    
•         Click on the Products icon
•         Select banterphone from the list of products
•         Go to Number Settings
•         In the Number Settings section, click Greetings
•         Click on the edit icon located to the right of the Greeting to edit
•         Edit name and description
•         Add a new audio file
•         Click Save

Note: The size of an mp3 file should be only up to 1MB.
