Call Forward

When the primary business number is busy, let banterphone forward the calls to some other number/extension of your choice. 

To forward the incoming calls:

•         Login to banter
•         Click on the Products icon
•         Select banterphone from the list of products
•         In the Number Settings, Click Call Settings tab
•         Select Call Forward
•         Select which caller ID would you like to see on the receiving number

1. Select ‘Display Caller Number’ to see the number of caller
2. Select ‘Display My Number’ to see your business number

•         Select the Number or Extension to which the call needs to be forwarded
•         Click Save

You’ll begin receiving calls on the given number.
