Play Greeting

Add Greetings

• Login to banter
• Click on the Products icon
• Select banterphone from the list of products
• Go to Product Settings
• In the Shared Settings section, click Greetings
• Click on the (+) Add icon
• Enter a name and description for the greeting in the given fields
• Browse and add your desired audio file
• Click on the Save button.

Note: The size of an mp3 file should be up to 1MB.

Play Greetings

Select a greeting to play or create a new one for your callers to listen. To play:

• Login to banter
• Click on the Products icon
• Select banterphone from the list of products
• Go to the Number Settings,> Call Settings, select Play Greeting
• Select a greeting to play
• Click Save

Note: If you don’t have/created any Greetings, click on the (+) Add Greetings to create a greeting in Number settings/Shared Settings. The size of an mp3 file should be up to 1MB.

Edit Greetings

• Go to Product Settings
• In the Shared Settings section, click Greetings
• Click on the desired Greeting to edit
• Edit name and description
• Add a new audio file
• Click Save
