Schedule

Configure the timings during which you want to receive calls. To schedule your incoming calls:

• In the Number Settings, Click on the Call Settings tab
• Select Schedule
• Select an available schedule
• Select how you want to handle calls during open hours, after hours, and closed hours
• Click Save

Note: If you don’t have/created any Schedule, click on the (+) Add Schedule to create a Schedule. Following are the steps to add a new schedule:

• In the Schedule window, click Add Schedule
• Enter name and description
• Enter the time zone to use
• Select the open hours for weekdays or for the entire week
• Select appropriate action as Is Closed for the respective days
• Select Repeat to repeat the setting you gave for Monday
• Click Save

Edit a Schedule

• Login to banter
• Click on the Products icon
• Select banterphone from the list of products
• Go to Number Settings
• Click on the Schedules tab (list of created schedules will appear)
• Click on the desired Schedule to edit
• Edit name and description
• Enter the time zone to use
• Select the open hours for weekdays or for the entire week
• Select appropriate action as Is Closed for the respective days
• Select Repeat to repeat the setting you gave for Monday
• Click Save
