Provision a Desk Phone

As an Admin, you can configure a desk phone to avail banter services. To provision a desk phone:

1. Open banter and login as an Admin
2. In the Porting & Provisioning section, click Desk Phones
3. Enter the description and MAC ID of the desk phone
4. Select whether to provision a phone number or extension
5. Select the model of the desk phone
6. Click Save

Once done, you’ll receive an email with the provisioning request details.
